Apart Copilot is a home search assistant app and website operated by the independent team behind czapartbtc.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to saison3334@gmail.com.
Chat messages. When you send a message, the text of your conversation and your current search criteria (for example budget, city, bedrooms) travel to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The server forwards the conversation to a large language model provider, acting as a service provider on our behalf, to produce the reply. Because you choose what to type, messages may contain personal information if you include it. We suggest not typing anything you would not want processed, such as government ID numbers or your exact home address.
A wallet address, if you enter one. The optional holders screen accepts a blockchain address and sends it to our server, which reads publicly available blockchain records about that address and returns them. The address is not tied to any account, is not used to identify you, and entering one is never required to use the app.
Server records. Like most services, our infrastructure keeps short lived technical logs (such as timestamps and network addresses from requests) for reliability, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. Rate limiting uses a salted hash rather than the raw network address. These logs are not used to build profiles.
Nothing else. The app does not request your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any other device permission. It contains no advertising and no third party analytics kit.
The app keeps your search criteria, conversation, and saved briefs in local storage on your phone. This data never leaves your device except as part of the chat requests described above. Deleting the app deletes it.
Chat text is used to generate the assistant's answers, and for nothing else. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. Requests to the model provider are made under commercial API terms that do not permit our users' messages to be used to train the provider's models.
We share chat text with the language model provider that generates responses, as a processor working on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. There is no other sharing.
The app has no accounts, so there is no server side profile to delete. Local data is removed by deleting the app. Technical logs are kept briefly and rotate automatically. For any question about them, contact saison3334@gmail.com.
The app is not directed at children. It deals with property prices, affordability, and financial subject matter, and is intended for adults.
The assistant is powered by an artificial intelligence model. Its answers are for research and learning, may turn out to be wrong, and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Market statistics labeled as real records come from public government price data with their source named; sample listings are labeled illustrative demo data and are not live inventory; links to third party property portals open sites we do not control and do not verify.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date. Material changes will be flagged inside the app where practical.
